About this project

The Dying Well

The Dying Well is an online platform and podcast hosted by Deathwalker and artist Chi Chi Menendez. The project was born on the Northern Rivers from a desire to cultivate and normalise conversations about death in order to inform, inspire & empower people to make the most informed choices around death and dying.

The podcast is currently in development and segments are featured on BayFM- Byron's community radio.

The Dying Well Podcast

The Dying Well is a podcast exploring Death, Spirituality, Rites of Passage, and the Practical issues of end of life matters.

It is a deep dive into the practical, emotional, psychological and spiritual aspects of “Death and dying.

From funeral preparations, legalities and bereavement to spiri†uality, rites of passage, historical burial traditions and death in literature. Each episode will cover a different topic,

through Candid conversations with incredible experts and change makers as well as real-life stories from people around the world sharing their transformative experiences.

Through education, resources, and peer support, AHFA supports a return to natural, family-led funeral practices rooted in compassion, dignity, and informed choice.

National Death Advocacy Network (NDAN)

The Natural Death Advocacy Network is a not-for-profit community of people working to reclaim death as a part of life. NDAN promotes holistic, human-centred approaches to dying, death, and bereavement, supporting education, creative expression, and alternatives to conventional funeral industry practices.
